Things To Consider

1. Production time does not include delivery time. Darwin is further from our dispatch points (mainly Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) than say Newcastle, our orders are usually bulk consignments so have to go by courier. Our staff can give you delivery time estimates.
2. All products are custom made and decorated so we can’t send them the same day

Production time starts after we have received your order, artwork, proof approval and payment.

If the product colour is critical, we strongly suggest you to order a sample.
PMS colours may not be exact and are used as a guide only.
Stock levels stated are approximate and may not be fully accurate. If require exact stock quantity, please request physical stock count prior to placing order.

Stress Shape Disclaimer: All stress items are handmade. No two pieces are exactly the same and colour may vary from each batch. As the stress items are hand cut, not all edges and mould lines will be consistently smooth, that is a given and is acceptable. White stress shapes will eventually turn yellow, sunlight and heat will accelerate this process. To avoid turning yellow quicker, we have added slight purple toner into the white stress shapes, which makes the white stress items last longer. No white stress item will ever be true crisp white. Asking for a sample is recommended prior to placing order. The special PU ink is transparent and impossible to guarantee a consistent, uniform imprint. A broad imprint area is subject to breaking up, the imprint may not be of a solid colour. The print is not permanent, as it will wear off after some usage. The PU sponge stress shapes will tear if enough force is applied.
